Masters of Scale Live, presented by Capital One Business, is a one-night-only live experience that brings the show’s signature storytelling and entrepreneurial insight to high-impact business communities across the country.

Join us June 17 at NeueHouse Hollywood for a live conversation between host Jeff Berman and special guests Norah Weinstein and Kelly Sawyer Patricof, co-CEOs of Baby2Baby. Together, Norah and Kelly have scaled Baby2Baby from a grassroots organization to a nationally recognized nonprofit, providing over one million children in need with the basic necessities every child deserves. 

Earlier this year, devastating wildfires in Los Angeles left entire communities and thriving local businesses in ruins. Baby2Baby’s disaster relief program has made them a critical pillar of the city’s recovery efforts — ensuring those families hit hardest get the resources they need swiftly and with compassion. In their conversation, Norah, Kelly, and Jeff will explore what it takes to reconstruct the City of Dreams, offering insights into how to scale businesses, foster community, and invest boldly when the stakes are highest.
